Are you looking for a hosting service that can handle large visitor traffic, at blazing-fast speeds for all your websites? A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is what you should look at, after web hosting plans.
Hosting House tech support team will manage the VPS for you. If you have any special VPS requirements, send them through via support ticket.
Our VPS are Powered by Enterprise level SuperMicro Hardware. Raid 10 Drives + solid Back-end Network with both dark fibre and AirFibre
Our XEN Services come with SSD which have a 300% faster read and write speed then standard HDD for improved website performance.
Our larger VPS plans have unmetered bandwidth. We removed the concerns of bandwidth usage so you can focus on the things that matter.
This guarantee assures that all major routing devices within our network are reachable from the global internet 100% of the time. SLA here.
Full control and ultimate access to your servers for any tasks required. We wont be restricted access to your service. You are free to come and go as you please.
When you order a VPS hosting package, you specify the virtual machine's initial configuration. The following virtual machine configuration options are available:
RAM Size
Number of CPU cores
Disk size and type (SSD or HDD)
OS: This operating system preference.
Hostname: Each virtual machine must have a unique hostname.
You can easily modify the virtual machine's configuration later if your requirements change.
All you have to do to add additional virtual machines is place an order. Make sure you select a unique hostname for each virtual machine you add. Billing and invoices for each VPS virtual machine are processed individually, and you can manage each one independently in the Web Hosting Customer Portal.
Unfortunately, if you did not choose the SSD Storage option when you first ordered your virtual machine, you cannot add it to an existing virtual machine later. This is because SSD storage resides on a different storage pool.
If you want to switch a virtual machine to SSD storage, you must first copy any data on the existing virtual machine that you want to keep. Then you can destroy the virtual machine, deploy
a new one with the SSD option enabled, and copy your data to the new virtual machine.
No, Webhosting does not provide API (Application Programming Interface) access to our VPS at this time.
